In August, CleanSpark (Nasdaq: CLSK) signed a $160 million agreement with BITMAIN to purchase 26,000 ANTMINER S21 XP Imm., marking another major milestone in our partnership with the fast-growing Bitcoin miner over the last three years. The first batch of 13,000 is scheduled to be delivered in Q4 with the second batch of 13,000 being sent within this year. The agreement also includes a call option that allows the company to purchase several tens of thousands additional units at the same price before July 2025. This agreement represents clients’ confidence in BITMAIN’s immersion-cooling solutions.
With a rated hashrate of 300 T, and an energy efficiency of 13.5 J/T, the ANTMINER S21 XP Imm. sets a new industry benchmark, once again showcasing BITMAIN’s immersion-cooling products produce best-in-class performance. As the second-generation immersion-cooling miner, there is a notable 25.5% increase in hashrate, coupled with a 15.6% reduction in energy efficiency ratio compared to the previous generation. Furthermore, BITMAIN’s immersion-cooling product line provides excellent heat dissipation, top-tier performance, extremely low failure rates, and very quiet operation, making this new series extremely desirable for immersion clients.
